ConcernedApe recently posted a new blog entry on Haunted Chocolatier, along with a link to an interview where he speaks of Stardew Valley and Haunted Chocolatier development. Quite interesting.
The main point from this blog entry is about chocolate making. CA explains that he wants to provide different ways to create chocolates, not only the classical "X ingredient_1 + Y ingredient_2 = Chocolate_B". This matches his will to provide players different paths to reach the same goal, as we may already see in Stardew Valley.
During the interview, CA also gives some inputs about the atmosphere of Haunted Chocolatier which should have more mystery and darkness (but not in a bad or spooky way).
I'm more than eager to see this game!
