I've been playing around with Artisan Valley mod settings, looking to edit it somehow in order to make the alcohol more useful. I always found that simple -1 speed debuff awfully boring, so I thought why not add some buffs to the alcohol, but make the player pay with energy?
Here's the problem, it looks fine, but it fails to apply buffs, it just plays poison anim and that's it. So does anybody knows is it at all possible to mix negative energy with buffs?
The reason I ask for this at all is because at some point I somehow managed to make it work; the poison anim played and the buffs applied as they should. I tested it a few times to make sure and it worked, but when I went to rewrite the rest of the drinks and came back, it stopped working again.
