Issue Needing to be updated to 3.13.0, but it already is-(?)

Hello, I play on Android, and i've recently have been trying to add mods and make my gameplay more interesting. Sadly, it keeps saying that it needs SMAPI to be 3.13.0 or later over and over again, which is frustrating me greatly. Please help me out a bit on this! Heres the link to my error log:

Other questions:
1.) When it says "or later", it means or a newer version- or am I just having a brain fart?
2.) I kind of wanted to play the StardewValley Expanded mod, does anyone mind explaining how to install it step-by-step, and also tell me where the mods that help it go specifically?

I'm going to copy one of my old responses to another user in the same boat.

For any mods you download for Android; you will need to see if the author offers a separate Android version. If they don't; then you'll have to download an old version of the mod that supports the old SMAPI & game.

So, any versions from early-to-mid 2020 or so. Since, that's when v1.4.5 was active on PC.

When Android gets the latest updates & matches PC; then you can switch to the latest version of SMAPI & mods.

1. Yes, "or later" means newer. But, as mentioned; until the Android version is in-sync with the PC version. Those errors mean you downloaded the wrong version.
2. SDV Expanded with it being so big, and dependency heavy may not work. Your best bet is to try to run through the archives, as mentioned previously. Or see if a fellow Android user may know.
