Question Need your help a about Mod

I used Mod to change the default language into my local's. It all went well until I found a bug "To the Beach quest" when it was to get William's fishing rod. Can anyone tell me what's the name of the file at this exact point in the game for me to edit Mod? Thanks in advance! V.Pc

The event is in Data/Events/Beach.json (or backlashes in Windows) number 739330. And then Data/mail.json spring_2_1. contains the letter tellin Willy's there.
