Porting is a tough job, especially when you’re outputting patch after patch on the pc game to make it so the versions for mobile and console as perfect as can be.

As (( FilthyGorilla )) said, ConcernedApe is not forgetting console or phone players at all. He's just getting all the kinks and bugs worked out right now in the newest update, so once that's all done we'll see everything else get updated right after. It'll take a bit, maybe a few months...but we'll get it. And it does suck, but we just have to wait and see how long it takes.I play stardew on my Nintendo Switch. ConcernedApe truely forget player from switch. I need update please

Well statistically it’s so far a tad slower than the 1.5 roll out so far by like a week. Beyond that we don’t know. Console I can’t see taking more than a few more months at most. (Just a hypothetical guess.). Mobile might take longer as it is the most difficult. He’s doing the best he can, I can assure you that. IT jobs are some of the most time consuming all hours a day and night 6-7 days a week type jobs. My husband is in IT so I know. 1.6 is a great update, very enjoyable, but ill assure you that after over an in-game years play-through it truly isn’t that much different than 1.5. So by all means continue to enjoy 1.5, while you still have it. I’ve played through all of 1.6 on PC but find myself still returning to the more simple joys of the 1.5 edition on mobile as well. They both have their perks. But there truly isn’t a mind blowing earth shattering difference between the two.

Hey. You need to lay off, and get down from your high horse. Nobody cares what your partner does for a living. Don't go around telling people they shouldn't feel the way they're feeling. Of course you think it's no big deal, you've played it for hours and hours and you aren't stuck waiting for 2+ months. Have some empathy and stop commandeering the conversation. We're patiently and anxiously awaiting updates from ConcernedApe and we're allowed to feel the way we feel.

This right here! I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect something more than "still in progress, lots to do, K THNX BYEBYE"
Obviously, we're all grateful for the effort he and his team are putting in to get the update out for everyone to enjoy. But we're allowed to be a little annoyed and anxious, too. That's just human nature and it isn't fair for PC players to act all high and mighty about an issue they never had to go through in the first place.

I didn’t mean to offend you. Of course you may feel sad, disappointed or even mad. I do understand as with my disability it’s easiest for me to play mobile and I will be waiting even longer for that. If you only knew what I had to do to be able to play on a PC considering I can’t sit at one. But again, I do understand and I do also wish they would separate 1.6 talk and other general talk into two separate forums. Too many spoilers out there. Not everyone tags things 1.6. Again I apologize for offending you. The only reason I mentioned my husbands job is cause I don’t get to see him much because of impatient persons who have to have everything yesterday. Yes ideally CA would release all 3 versions together but that’s not what he chooses and I personally think it’s unfair. But it’s his choice and I just want to assure you that he’s working long hard hours around the clock to accomplish this.
