Issue Need help!!!

So My girlfriend's got some mods and this error always pops up when she leaves her house. Is there any way to fix this? I'd love to know how to fix this ASAP. Thanks!

And, for multiplayer; host & farmhands should post their logs.

The screenshot you posted; mentions an error in an event on the farm. So we'll have to see which mods y'all have that edits those.
