Windows Name of recipe different in cooking vs collection

On the cooking menu, the recipe that needs one tomato and one beet is called 'Vegetable Stew' but on the collections menu, the same recipe is called 'Vegetable medley'.
Is this just an inconsistency? I don't think any of the other recipes have this issue. Also, it shows Vegetable Medley as the main page on the wiki.

Yes, it has been like that for years. The first sentence on the wiki actually contains both names.
