I've done everything to play but I can't get the game to run
Windows my stardew valley game does not open, it is giving this error in the game.

If you happen to be using a ~2010-12 PC with Intel Integrated Graphics, there is apparently a bug which @Tom has found a way around that has helped some people. Please see his post here:
