My SMAPI keeps crashing and making my game taking a good while to load and then later on crash (not resond) making it unplayable.

I don't know what category to post this on but i'm hoping that someone could help me. I haven't touched SDV in a good while and I updated every mod and SMAPI to try and fix this issue yet i'm still stuck on it. If someone could help, I'll appreciate it. Though, I removed all my mods and runned the game through smapi it still did the same thing?
