Windows My saved file won't launch after opening the game. All I get when I play it is a loop back to the title screen on SMAPI and on vanilla it just crashes

I haven't played the game in months, decided to update it because me and my girlfriend are really excited about the new features. Updated the game and ran it and for whatever reason my saved file won't work properly anymore.
This error pops up on SMAPI
