Windows My save file is missing from the "load game" screen

this is my second time asking for help... recently, my two save files disappeared for some reason, i couldn't figure out how to get them back. Today, i opened my game again after a long time, and one of them was back and working perfectly, however the other is still gone.

i checked my backup file, and both saves still exist but one of them is not showing up in my game

what should i do?
