Hi, it's my first time in a post like this and the truth is my English is not the best (if it wasn't for the translators I would be agonizing writing this), but I could see that you can help me regarding this kind of bugs that were happening in smapi.

When I started the game I had no problems until I wanted to leave the house, then the screen was black and I started to throw red signals on the smapi panel. what seemed strange to me was that I could move the pointer inside the game and even heard the music of the game but gave no image and stayed in black. hopefully you can help me with respect to errors like this I am very confused and helpless.
