I upgraded my house and the stairs are not there, i don't know what to do to fix it and I don't use any mods

The one where you are supposed to get the basement, is the 3rd house upgrade

OK one other thing, was there a Festival Day between the day you purchased and the third day after because that'll delay Robin yet another day.

I don't know how many days is it, but is not a lot, maybe 5? I'm on day 4 on winter maybe it's because i'm on year 2 i guess and granpa didn't visit me yet so it bugged i have no clue
