Windows Mussel does not show up in fish collections

Have you tried throwing one or more mussels, inside the selling bin, right outside your main farm?

Where do you launch your game from? Is it Steam, or GOG? If you are being on steam, could you try verifying Game Files? If you are being on GOG, can you back up your save, uninstall and reinstall?
I myself encountered some bugs on the GOG version, but of a different nature... Such as Clint not recognizing me having completed the billboard request of his, for the copper ore and advertizing it there, again and again; but when i deliver the item to him, the only possible outcome is him treating that as a gift (which he also hates).

How often have you gotten them from crab pots? That’s the only way to fill them out, the others don’t count.
@HaleyRocks it’s normal that the questboard quests repeat/reappear. Don’t give him the ore, just talk to him after finding enough. It doesn’t even need to be in your inventory.

I know that. But specifically Clint's sidequest, always is bugged (at least for me). He never recognizes the ore, whether i simply talk to him or i use the item on him. And it disappears from the log after only 1 day has passed, even without being completed. Then, this keeps repeating. If i complete it once in the beginning of the game, then it keeps re-appearing on billboard and is subsequently, always bugged.
