Switch Multiplayer cinema crash 1.6.9

Crash happening since the latest update. On multiplayer whenever the non-host player(s) try to enter the cinema screen to watch a showing they are kicked off the game. They can enter the cinema building and use the claw machine, just not attend the screenings.

We encountered the same on Switch co-op. Just crashes to switch home screen from within the theatre.

Also happened to us today split-screen co-op on switch. I used the claw machine for a while fine, but it crashed the game as soon as I tried to start the movie. Haven't tried again

Any updates? I'm having a similar issue where it either crashes or they're told that the movie has concluded at all hours without ever seeing it
