Issue
I have been playing SDV with my 3 kids on switch since 1.6 dropped. Everything has been going well except I noticed one of my kids can’t access the adventurers guild. That wasnt too much of an issue since I would just purchase a new sword for him every other day when he died in the mines. Now that we’ve unlocked the back of Willy’s shop, I come to find out that he can’t access the boat room either! This is a huge issue for him since he loves (dieing in) the mines!
Mine and 2 of my kids it’s fine.
One kid can’t.

1.6.9.40 (same on all devices)
OS & Device
We are all playing on English
Single or Multiplayer
Multiplayer, Local Co-op
Controller Setup
I am docked and using Switch Pro Controller
Kids are all using Switch Lite handheld

The only thing I can think that maybe caused this is that originally my wife created his character on her switch. We then found out switch can only have 4 players (not 8) and he has just been using her character whenever he signs on. That being said, I tested my wife’s switch and it has the same issue with his character being unable to get into Willy’s back room.
Is this a known bug?
Is there a workaround?
