Muliplayer time pause

I suggest adding the feature to pause the game in multiplayer when all players are in a "pause state" like having their inventory open, watching a cutscene, etc. When one player exits the "pause state", time continues like normal. This could also be applied to places where time goes slower such as skull cavern. If all players were to be inside of the skull cavern mines time would run slower like in singleplayer.
