I just started the game a month ago and my biggest annoyance is around my bad building placements.
When I go to Robin's shop to move a building I'm finding I don't always have things out of the way when attempting to move it. For example I may have left a torch or a pig may have left a truffle in the way and this keeps me from moving the building.
I wish there was an option, in the move building mechanic, to destroy what might be in the way. It can be tedious and time consuming to decide you want to move a coop to the left only to find the fence is in the way and then have to return home to remove it and then to have to return to Robin's to move it only to find something else is in the way and then noticing something is in the way only to have to return home and do it all over again (this is purposely a run-on sentence)...
If this were resolved this headache would be gone and would make a great quality-of-life improvement.
