Hi guys, i've read almost all this section and many posts regarding suggestions or wishlists here and on social media.
As a new update was anounced it is expected that more people will bring their ideas and wished features so i thought it would be nice to put the most populars ideas on this single thread.
MOST SEEN SUGGESTIONS OF ALL TIME:
- Cross platforms and crossplayer
- Child Grow
- Family life - dates, trips, going to ginger island together etc.
- Farmhands and/or more spouse help on farm
- A new backpack option with more slots
- Data backup
- Possibility to get cancelled quests back
- More relevant community center and spa
- To be able to put the cow decal on barn wall (you would be surprised by how much this is mentioned lol)
- Pause option for decoration (or a custom mode that pauses the game)
- Player's birthday
- Possibility to center furniture (specially chairs, rugs and wall decor) + 3 tiles rugs
FREQUENTLY SUGGESTED:
- Outdoor furniture and more options for customizing the farm
- Desert Festival won't coincide with Salmonberries days
- Lock items on chests and inventory
- Polygamy
- Gender neutrality
- more skin tones and diversity + POC NPCs
- Improved hoppers
- Upgrade crafts
- Control time speed
- Children resemble spouse (or farmer)
- Story Progression
- Dwarf as roommate
- To be able to marry Robin, Sandy, Willy, Kent, Wizard, Gus etc (this is massively asked but not always for real so i put it here)
- Adopt Leo or Leo as roommate
- befriend Marlon, Gil & Gunther
- mods and/or cheats for console
- Possibility to create a checklist or include text on calendar.
- bathroom on farmhouse + pools/water on the farm
SOME I'VE SEEN A FEW TIMES:
- Possibility to Gift clothes to NPC (and also to have them wearing it)
- The farmer can open a Shop or have a stand (also suggested to be able to sell items on festivals after year 3 or a festival just for selling items)
- The farmer learns the flower dance can obtain the right clothes (someone on reddit suggested he could learn after the 3rd year)
Note 1: Those are not my personal suggestions and some might be impossible for the game or too much work for CA let's just fantasize a bit.
Note 2: I probably missed many popular ideas as those are the ones i saw and i'm a new player.
Note 3: Some listed have mods options but not all players play with mods and there are console players who can't.
Note 4: The suggestions will probably not affect the new update's content but we know for sure that everything we get from CA is more than we could even hope!
