Switch Moss?!

There is a really messed up glitch on the Switch version concerning moss. It says you have more than you do and when you craft stuff in your inventory disappears and when you craft using a workbench stuff in your chest vanishes. I lost a bunch of artifacts, mayonnaise, and totems. I am currently having to replay a Fall 1 day full of planting and tree chopping at 1:10am because this glitch wiped out several important items from my inventory as I tried to craft mushroom logs. Hopefully they're aware and will hey this fixed soon. The only thing to do is get the stuff needed for crafting in your backpack and put any other items in boxes and craft without using the workbench.

Not only Moss, but the following items also seem to be affected:

Mystic Syrup
Furnace
Worm Bin
Sea Jelly
River Jelly
Cave Jelly

By the way, Dinosaur Egg are among the items that disappear due to misrecognition, but I couldn't confirm mayonnaise.
If you don't mind, could you please tell me what kind of mayonnaise it is?
