Aside from the 14 heart events with your spouse, there isn't much else that is in the game that highlights your family other than having children. I think it'd be unique to have something sort of like the sims, where depending on who you decide to marry the kids look different and have different personalities. (Or maybe even something where you can pick the kids personality and depending on what you pick it changes the dialogue.) I'm just thinking out loud, but I think it'd be cute. Even a little scene that just shows you in Harvey's hostpital holding a newborn baby for a second or two with your spouse would add some depth and it'd be really cute. Nothing graphic or inappropriate, just a little detail into behind the scenes for people who like to make families and have kids in games!
