I would love for this message to reach ConcernedApe. I am a huge cheese fan. I would have imagined that for a mod or a future update: The player could have a second cellar or cave on their farm to age cheese and be able to create Brie, Camembert, Mozzarella and even more with the aging and the type of milk used.
