mods not working (solved)

so i spent 2 hours getting all my files to work for modding stardew valley and it says that it runs fine and pulls up without any issues but when i run the game with smapi no mods seem to be running. im stumped on how to fix this. my logs are below.

Thanks for the log.
Everything appears to be in order, but I'm not seeing any mention in the log of actually loading a save.

Please post a log, after starting a new save, or loading a pre-existing one.
