Question mods not showing up in my game or log even though they are installed

okay so as the title says my mods are not showing up in my game, neither are they at the smapi launch or log. The mods are 100% installed in the right folder, as I've been using mods for almost over a year now, but all of a sudden when I launched the game yesterday they were just gone

Looks like you are missing Content Patcher, which is needed for about all mods. (then I don't know who ate it -- at least I have experience of Microsoft eating little children and kittens -- I had once a picture of my daughter then 3 years and mother-in-law's kitten as a background, and one day it was mysteriously gone. The file was nowhere in that -puter)

see thats also what I thought but I redownloaded that so that wouldnt make any sense
