Issue Mods Loading in SMAPI installer, but not in-game.

Hello! I'm trying to mod Stardew with SDVE on my android. The SMAPI installer seems to recognize that I have the mods in the correct folder, but when I launch, it only launches with the two it came with. Any help at all would be appreciated!

Well, I fixed it by reinstalling, but now it specifically won't load Expanded Preconditions Utility, and I'm getting the attached errors:
