Modded Stardew valley wont load

So i wanted to get back into modding and when i tried starting stardew it wouldnt, i took away all the mods and only left smapi, and yet it wont open anyway.

Platform windows, steam
Game version Theee newest?

I'm having the same problem any luck? So far I can only play on compatibility mode and I really miss my tractor mod :/
