Issue Modded Stardew crashes upon both New Game and Load Game.

Hi, I had a heavily modded save that I dropped for a month, because of personal reasons. When I came back to it and updated the mods on my Vortex account, the game launched normally, but when loading up the save, it crashed back to the title screen, I attempted going to my save back-ups and both tried a different save and used the _old files, but the same issue persisted. In the end I attempted to start a New Game, assuming that my old save was just corrupted and that´s that, but after I made a new character and clicked start, the game would crash completely to desktop. I have found out that it is definitely a mod issue, because the game does run without mods. I am just not sure which mod exactly, as I am not educated enough to read the SMAPI log properly and I have over 250 mods, so I wouldn´t know where to start. Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you very much for even trying.

P.S I attached the ErrorLogs file to this post, feel free to ask for any other file that might be helpful.

Extra info: I am playing on the most recent version of Stardew and SMAPI, and I play on Windows.
