As many of you modders out there know, there is a separate app for SMAPI in which you can play your modded save files.
So I added my modded save file to the vanilla app and it worked?
Is it supposed to do that? Because last time I tried to do that with my other modded save file it didn't work on the vanilla app, but that might have been because it had a map-editing mod. This save file only has mods that add dialogue and edit characters.
Should I play on this modded save file in the vanilla app or will it crash my game? I tried opening the file, I could move around and everything, but I don't know if I can actually save the game after a day. The next time I play I'll update this thread, and I'll also update if I find any glitches or bugs.
Let me know if you have experienced anything like this (I'm on Chromebook btw).
