Mod to add gender neutral language in regards to farmer?

Does anyone know if there's a mod that adds an option to have the farmer be non binary or change the npc's dialogue to use non gendered language? TBH I'm kinda surprised it wasn't in the base game and I'm having a bit of trouble finding one. If anyone who has one or knows where to find one could help me that'd be great!! thanks :)

Gender Neutrality Mod, although judging by the reports, there seem to be a few instances where the gender is still mentioned. And it only works for vanilla dialouge, of course.
