Mod Help please !!! (fronteir farm - stardew valley expanded)

Game version - latest version available (idk how to tell but i just updated EVERYTHING today)

i truly dont know how to find the "flashshifter" that SMAPI is talking about i have looked all over reddit and different places to try to figure our the problem i have deleted my files and redownloaded them several of times i really wanted to get Fronteir farm to work im desperate for it to work at this point lol :( i have always kept my Mod folder the way that it looks in the screenshot provided and i have NEVER had any problems im only running into this problem now someone please help me thank youuu !!!!
