Question Mod Advice

Hi everyone, I just want some information in regard to going about playing with mods.

I am currently hosting a multiplayer world with some friends, this world has no mods cause we are mainly going for achievements
However, I really want to play Stardew Valley Enhanced on a solo world. Will this affect the multiplayer save, and primarily if we can get achievements?

If I have mods installed into my stardew valley will it affect the multiplayer world is what I am trying to say.

Some mods only work in multiplayer if you are the host, whereas others will continue to work.
Achievements can still be got with mods on in game and Steam ones still work so long as you launch the game via Steam
