Missing Workbench

Do workbenches deteriorate? The one I had in front of my house is gone. I was thinking maybe I accidently picked it up. But I looked everywhere and can't find it in any chests or just randomly sitting somewhere. So I was thinking maybe the workbenches are like fences and they're just gone one day. Or, more likely, it only happens to me.

Not just you. Not as vital, but I noticed I lost a gravestone. Just decor, but WTH?

They shouldn't deteriorate as far as I know. Was there debris where it used to be by any chance?

Hmm, does anyone know if lightning can uproot the workbench the same way it uproots flooring?

No. No debris. I had it next to my house strategically placed between two chests so all my supplies were already loaded if I wanted to make something. It's like someone stole it in the middle of the night. lol
