Issue Missing Willy Quest

Hello, me and my friend were playing stardew walley for 3 weeks and he didnt want to play anymore and after that i created a single player world and use cheats to skipped some days to gain my process back but there is a problem the problem is i cant get the fishing pole and cant go into Willys house. So i am asking for help ,can someone fix this? I will leave my save file downbelow.

Hi, I sent you the letter WIlly sends to begin the event.
Just check your mailbox when you start, then head to the beach as it mentions.

I have the same issue. Where can I copy paste this code in my save?

I figured it out. I already had code in my save folder for mail that I was going to get for tomorrow.
Looked like this: <mailForTomorrow /><mailbox><string>robinWell</string></mailbox>

I copied the above code right after the robinWell code with no spaces:
<mailbox><string>spring_2_1</string></mailbox>

I loaded my game and I had mail from Willy that said he had come back from fishing and to meet him at the beach. I went to the beach and it triggered the jumpscene where he gifts me a bamboo pole.
