Windows Missing recipe

Hey there.
I have most of the cooking recipes, but one is still missing. It's the Tropical Curry. Gus didn't show up once in 4 weeks at the Beach resort. There isn't even a Cash Box I could use.
Has this perhaps been the case for anyone else?

Hi Sonnenkiwi and Welcome to the Forums! Tropical Curry was the final Cooking Recipe I needed too. However I only needed to wait about 2 weeks or so until Gus finally showed up at the Resort, and there's no other way to get it that I know of if Gus is going on an antisocial streak.

I know, he show up there randomly, but 4 weeks without a trace of him is really unfortunate for me D: :D want the recipe so badly
