Issue Missing manifest.json file on SVE

I have issue
[SMAPI] Skipped mods
[SMAPI] ----------------------
[SMAPI] These mods could not be added to your game.
[SMAPI] -Stardew Valley Expanded/[CP] Stardew Valley Expanded/assets because it contains files, but none of them are manifest.json
I've already checked the 'preview file content' feature, and there's no manifest.json file, the only file present is blank.json
