Missing Fish - Flounder and Ginger Island Fish?

I can't seem to catch a Flounder or any of the Ginger Island Fish, I get an error in SMAPI regarding their given key was not found in the dictionary. The error seems to be related to Ediee Easy Fishing but even if I disable it I'm not sure if they're available to catch as if I have Teh's Fishing Overhaull installed they don't appear in the list of Fish I only see Tilapia for fresh water and Tuna and Octopus when fishing in anywhere in the Ocean on Ginger Island. Pirate Cove also only spawns Super Cucumbers at night when the Stingray should also be catchable. I'm not sure if its something has affected my save file as Pufferfish don't seem to be available any more either but I was able to catch them before. I have tried reinstalling the game and verifying the files through the option on Steam.

I have attached a screenshot of my MODs folder though I don't think Fishing overhaul is there as I disabled it as I don't see the error if I have it enabled but I still don't see the Flounder or Ginger Island Fish in teh catchable fish list even if I have it enabled and EdieeEasyFishing Disabled

You seem to have TehCore and something [CP]Easy Fishing in the list, but I cannot see Teh's Fishing overhaul in that list. Are you sure you have just the mods you mentioned?
(I have my game through GOG and install the mods manually, so I don't know how that Steam system works).
If you have two separate fishing mods at the same time, they might interfere and cause a mess. That some fish are missing sounds like something overwrites fish.xnb and entries are actually missing (I remember messing with that for my translation mod after a game update; I had forgotten to update the fish file...
As that sounds like you are missing the fish added in 1.5.

I have checked my XNB file the fish are present listed there. I can add them to my inventory via the animal name trick or by typing the add object then their item code into SMAPI, though they don't count towards the discovered fish tab, but I can put them into ponds and they seem to function as normal, I can fish them out of the pond but they still don't count as seen. I can also sell them to Willy and store them in chests. so it seems they are present but are not being added to the list of catchable fish. I use Vortex to install the mods from Nexus Mods. I have attached new screenshots of my mods folder as I reenabled Teh's Fishing Overhaul and downloaded some mods that add an Aquarium to the game, this mod allows you to donate fish to be on display in the added Aquarium, I can donate the fish that were added via SMAPI here. I have also added a screenshot of my Fish.Xnb file .
