Missing executable

Help, I deleted smapi a while ago, and ever since it says missing executable, I bought it on steam and the game wont even run without giving me this error, I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and verifying game’s files.
I just got this game a month ago and all i wanted to install where those aestheticly pleasing mods, not to entirely break the game.

Ahh! I’m so sorry I forgot to add stuff I didn’t see the whole explaining about how to submit, i am on windows and I am on 1.5.6 sorry again!

What happened was i installed smapi because i wanted the cute coloring, as i watched tutorials how to do it, then i figured it out and it worked, but i found that i didnt really like it as much as the og game coloring so i decided to delete it and when i did it just did the same process on how to delete it and when i did i deleted the smapi application from my pc, then when i went to play the game it said gamefiles where missing.
