Issue Missing Craft Recipes After Installing Mods

After installing a few mods, several of my crafting recipes disappeared. I uninstalled the mods and uninstalled SMAPI, with no success in restoring the missing recipes. I have tried zipping the game contents, checking the integrity of my game files, and restarting my computer. Does anyone have a clue about what is happening here?

You may want to try re-installing SMAPI and playing through a day on your save (allowing the game to save). That may resolve the issue.
