Not completely sure if this is a bug, but figured I should put it here just in case, please remove if it's not and just me being a derp. 
Two of the most recent and hard to get flooring types - the 'Cursed' flooring that has a small chance of being applied by from Haunted Mannequins (Flooring_63 as listed in the wiki), and the deep purple flecked flooring that's 100k Qi Coins in the Casino (Flooring_65 on the wiki) are both obtainable from the regular catalogue. The corresponding wallpapers are not in the catalogue. It's noted on the wiki and I checked in-game, as of Windows version 1.6.15 they're still there. (I don't have any mods or anything that would change things on my save)
It just struck me as odd, particularly the 100k Qi Coin one as it otherwise seemed to be an obvious gold sink.
