Can someone told me what is that, I just reached level 42 and this came up, I try to mine, but it just break, this purple, blue, yellow/blue, I think is crystals or something

Found in the frozen section of the mines between floors 41-79, it's analogous to the weeds you saw on floors 1-39. When broken, it has a small chance to drop a Refined Quartz

So I just need brake that, I cant collect, is just give chance will breaking that drop something?

Yes, there's a small chance that when you break it, something will result. Just like there's a small chance you'll find coal when you break a rock.

These, however, can be destroyed by weapon swings, just like the weeds they replace mentioned by One More Day.

Since you can break the crystals with a Sword swing and those don't consume Energy, don't waste time with your Pick. Clear them with the Sword for "free" and get that very rare Refined Quartz drop (I think I've only ever see one), and spend your precious Energy on the Rocks and Ores only.
