The issue has happened twice following the recent update on xbox, the use of a mega bomb has crashed my online co-op game while playing with another player. it's always been a single bomb and has made me (the owner of the save) crash despite not being the one to place the bomb. (UPDATE: It has also happened with the firework item. )
