Meadowlands Grandpa's Shrine ? Can't find it ?

I have started new game in Meadowlands but can't find Granpa's shrine ...... does it come later on this farm , is it hiding and I just don't see it .
Running latest version on I pad
Stumped ...

In meadowlands, you need to go to the Northwest, just to the left of the ruined Greenhouse. There is a thin plank upon the river, but for crossing it, you need upgraded tool (don't remember which one), to clear the debris. It lies to the other side of the river, north of that plank.
