On a rainy day I purchased a marriage amulet from the fellow on the beach. I wasn’t going to use it right away, so I put it in my inventory. Now I can’t find it I must’ve dropped it or sold or died in the mines or something. But I went back to him on another rainy day and he wouldn’t sell me one. He said to give my amulet to my girlfriend. What do I do now? I need another amulet. Thank you. BTW I’m playing on mobile iOS and am unable to edit my files. Sad, am I out of luck.

Hello Flyer99 and Welcome to the Forums! You can't sell the Marriage Pendant and while you could have dropped it somewhere, it's most likely that it's accidentally ended up in an unexpected place like your Fridge or maybe a Chest you stashed in an out of the way place like the Mines entrance. Other places Tools and special-use items like to hide are Junimo Huts, Autograbbers, or maybe even on a Table somewhere. You could also try Lewis' Lost and Found, and the new arrival at the Northwest corner of the Secret Woods who sells some permanently lost items.

Maybe I’ll have to start. New game as I’m on mobile iOS and can’t edit files. I red how this is the only way to correct this. My quirky objective in SDV is to gain full hearts with everyone, marry everyone I can, divorce them, delete kids and end up with the one of my dreams. Whatever happened above unfortunately messed up my plans. I’ll try a new map this time as mobile has been updated. But please let me know if there is a solution, then I’ll go back and finish the game I was playing. TY.

If you've opened up the Secret Woods, there's supposed to be a new someone you can interact with who's right next to the stone statue in the little clearing at the far upper left.

Yes Right by Old Mister Canoli to his right. He’s a dark gray or black hard to see. He even had a list of a lot of the extra furniture and clothes that you find everywhere that I put in my trash can! Obviously you have to pay for them.

if you’re on mobile, you can access save files, so you can edit them as well.

Does anyone know if the animal name cheat works in mobile?

OP, if it does, you can buy a chick (or any other animal) from Marnie and name it the item number for the mermaid pendant in brackets. When Marnie says the name, the item will apper in your inventory. You can change the pet name later, if you like, or simply sell it.
