Xbox Marriage in Co op

Me and my friend both married different npc, she was married first and Sam put his skate ramp in the area behind the house. Will my spouse not build his coop behind the farm house or will it be built somewhere else? ,

I really just want Shane's coop to appear, I prefer it better than a skate ramp. Is there anyway she could ask him to move it or get rid of it? She doesn't care for it much anyways

I think she would need to marry Shane. As far as I know, the outdoor area belongs to the farm house, so only the hosts spouse gets to decorate it.
