iOS Marnie’s ranch is not working on mobile

I am having this same thing happen on my Chromebook. I also cannot access Robin's construction store, or certain parts of the community center, same thing there too. I click on the store button or whatever button and nothing happens. I restarted as a new character thinking my files had gotten corrupted, but it isn't working on the new character either.
