Make Fish Ponds buildable on water

Hello beloved developers. I'd like to suggest to make fish ponds be buildable on water. This can help alleviate the problem of having lack of space for farming and building in Riverland Farms me thinks. It also opens up creative ways to play the game, such as being a fish cultivator of some sorts. The river land farm has such a beautiful lay out, but the space is too small for literally anything.

I think this shouldn't be a fish pond then as more a fish farming cage...

The things are horrible in real life, usually having issues with stagnant waters and rampant with diseases. I guess the already existing fish ponds aren't much better, but their labeling as ponds always made me think of them as further cared for.

That's true. But I think that as long as people enjoy eating fish, such fish farming cages are still better than overfishing the oceans.
If people would eat less fish/meat in general, forests and oceans could be preserved more. But that is not yet happening...

I agree, it's a shame it's almost an impossibility to implement any large scale sustainable fishing practices that'll actually do anything
