Magnetism book

A pretty simple idea. Magnetism is a very useful stat with somewhat limited sources that being rings and food. With how useful it is, it's pretty common to see most people wearing at least one ring that adds magnetism. Adding a magnetism book would give more freedom with what you can do and still benefit from it permanently.

Maybe you'd need to trade a magnet ring for it. I saw that concept in a mod that adds more books (don't remember which exactly), where you trade a lucky ring + money to get the book which gives you +1 luck permanently, just like the lucky ring, but saving a ring slot.

It be great. Nonak brings up a good idea that maybe we have to trade a few magnetism rings and cough up a decent amount of money for it. But it's a useful thing since magnestim is pretty useful and eating up a ring slot isn't very convenient.

Honestly it feels a little too repeated to me, as there aren't really that many viable alternatives people are using to iridium bands that it would impact, nor with how books are (incredibly weak), would it be designed to even replace a mag ring (probably equivalent or smaller effect to a small magnet ring which does basically nothing)

I would definitely like some books that prioritize more useful stats though, I agree

10 would be insane, it would make sense to unlock a 3rd ring slot later ingame.

I just fear it wouldn't be as strong as a proper ring, and thus wouldn't do much.

People already use iridium for the glowing and damage, too, I don't think the effect of a small magnet ring would really change them using it, and the book would just be delegated as a slightly useful boost that doesn't change anything in the way someone plays.

I guess in a sense it doesn't have to either, but I'd just rather the developers spend their time on more worthwhile? additions to the game
