Windows Magic Quiver deals almost no damage to Dangerous Stone Golems

Currently making my way down the dangerous mines for Danger in the Deep and I noticed my Perfect Magic Quiver never deals full damage to dangerous Stone Golem enemies--it deals 1 or 2 damage most shots, and 3 or 4 once in a while. This happens regardless of what I hold or what rings I equip. It still deals full damage (30-35 damage) to all other enemy types.

Dangerous stone golems have very high defense - because they're made of stone, any attack deals effectively 28 less damage than it would normally. So 30-35 becomes 2-7.
