Macbook user here: tried unistalling smapi and SDVE now game wont load save even as a backup

Hello,
So here is what happened. I downloaed SDVE for fun but I realized i wanted to go back to Vanilla on my old game file, like 2018 old. I unistalled Smapi and everything, now when I try playing on my old save file it does not open at all. I even tried playing on a backup of the game before I even downloaed all the mods, this is what popped up. I'll attach what my macbook says to see if anyone knows what it means. If I have to redownload smapi to keep playing on my old world i will. I just want to see if there is any other option.

Hi, for modding errors we actually need this log:

SMAPI log parser - SMAPI.io

But, if you redownload SMAPI, and don't install any mods. It can usually clean up some stuff on its own.
Alternatively, you can post your save here, and I can fix it. It's usually custom NPCs that are the main issue; especially when it comes to having used SDVE.
