[M-chip Macs] How to fix "runtime library is newer than runtime error"

If you've run into the "runtime library is newer than runtime" error when launching modded SDV or SVE after restoring your M1/M2/M3 Mac from a Time Machine backup, there's an easy fix. Rosetta 2 needs to be reinstalled and it can be done with a terminal command.

Open the Terminal app and paste in this command (after Code:) starting with /usr

/usr/sbin/softwareupdate --install-rosetta --agree-to-license

After pasting in that line of code, hit enter, quit Terminal, and relaunch SDV/SVE. Hope this helps someone.
